Refund & Returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I can offer a refund depending on the circumstances.
I can offer a full/partial refund if an item has either turned up damaged or the wrong item altogether. I ask that you contact me via email and provide photographic proof of the damaged or wrong item. If the item has been lost in the mail and not turned up I can offer a refund or simply send another item to you as soon as possible.
If you ever have any issues regarding an order, do not hesitate to contact me via my email [email protected] and I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that my online shop is not my full time job and that due to my day job my response times may vary. Thank you for your patience.
